  Full-stack multi-tenant B2B CRM built on Rails 8.1.3 — Pipedrive/HubSpot-style sales pipeline. Uses Solid Queue / Solid Cache / Solid Cable (zero Redis, zero Sidekiq), Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), Tailwind v4 and native Rails auth extended with 10 hardening layers (TOTP 2FA, backup codes, sudo mode, rate limit, audit log, honeypot). Each decision is backed by an ADR.
